Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free tier

Branova HRMS is free for up to 10 employees, with no payment required. You can use the free tier indefinitely.

Subscriptions

Paid usage (₹49 per employee/month beyond 10 employees) is billed in advance for the chosen cycle (monthly or annual) via Razorpay.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and your workspace automatically reverts to the Free tier. You will not be charged again.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are non-refundable once a cycle has begun, but you keep access until the cycle ends.
• For annual plans, if you cancel within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not run payroll, you may request a full refund.
• Refunds for genuine billing errors (e.g. duplicate charges) are issued in full within 5–7 business days.

How to request

Email hrms@branova.in from your registered address with your workspace name and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
