Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Branova HRMS at hrms.branova.in. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to manage the employee data you upload.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to breach multi-tenant isolation or access other organizations' data.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without an Enterprise agreement.

3. Plans & billing

Branova HRMS is free for up to 10 employees. Beyond 10 employees, billing is ₹49 per additional employee per month, charged automatically based on your active headcount via Razorpay. GST applies where relevant. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter. We act as a processor and will not use your workspace data except to provide the service.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of India.
